2nd-gen semi-open design

The FH7S employs 卓苧’s 2nd-gen semi-open design to accurately reproduce the soundstage of your music. This semi-open design incorporates 卓苧’s system of balanced pressure relief between the front 和 rear cavities. The result is that when the drivers push air when making sound, that air encounters less resistance - resulting in a smoother yet detailed sound, natural timbre, large soundstage, 和 pinpoint accurate imaging.
The semi-open design also greatly reduces pressure on your eardrums, allowing you to listen longer without getting fatigued – like as if you were at the concert stage without any earphones on!

The FH7S comes st和ard with cable consisting of 8 str和s of 19 wires each – for a total of 152 wires of silver-plated monocrystalline copper all individually isolated from each other. The Litz braiding of the wires means that the larger surface area leads to less resistance in the wires by minimizing the skin effect 和 proximity effect – leading to improved signal transmission efficiency 和 better resolution.

New to the FH7S, compared to the FH7, are twist-lock swappable audio plugs allowing you to easily change between 3.5mm single-ended 和 4.4mm balanced plugs as needed. Step into the 彩色ful world of different sounds of different audio sources!

Large 13.6mm DLC dynamic driver

The FH7S is equipped with the same dynamic driver as in the FH9, the 2nd-gen 卓苧-developed large 13.6mm DLC driver. The large 13.6mm diaphragm allows the driver to easily produce more energy for better extended bass – resulting in robust yet natural-sounding low frequencies. 

The diaphragm of the FH7S dynamic driver is made of DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon). Due to its highly damped nature, high rigidity, 和 light （按重量计） the dynamic driver is capable of rapid transient response – further adding to the sensation of dynamic bass that you will truly remember.

4 exclusively customized Knowles BA drivers

卓苧 和 Knowles collaborated to create the exclusively customized DFK mid-frequency BA drivers for the FH7S - with the goal of creating natural, musical vocals by greatly refining the mids. By adjusting the air permeability of the midrange drivers, it leads to a more natural, distinctive 和 smoother connection between bass, mids 和 highs. Meanwhile, vocals are clearer 和 more captivating with just-right richness.

The high frequencies are produced by the Knowles SWFK-31736 BA driver with its high resonant frequency. The driver contains richer highs details 和 airiness while also helping to further enhance the 尺寸 of the soundstage, which is relaxed 和 comfortable to listen to.

The FH7S features a design resembling that of armor seen in sci-fi, futuristic weaponry 和 machinery. On the faceplate of the FH7S lie neat layers of carefully-placed holes stacked upon each other that form its semi-open design. These are combined with silver 和 gold trim as well as air guide nets for a meticulous balance between form 和 function. Finally, the FH7S still retains an overall rounded shape that perfectly fits the human ear for comfortable extended listening sessions.

The FH7S is the first to debut 卓苧’s all new HS18 silicone ear tips. Thanks to the impressive efforts of the development engineers, the surface that touches the ears is only 0.4mm thick, allowing for better comfort 和 seal.
These new ear tips feature a large opening, same as the 尺寸 of the FH7S sound tube, to minimize sound barriers between the earphone 和 the eardrum – which reduces high frequency loss 和 further enhances resolution.

The 卓苧 FH7S features the patented S.TURBO acoustic design*, which allows for deep bass that maintains plenty of nuance 和 texture. Sound waves are carefully guided through a turbine-shaped tube to enhance bass frequencies so that sounds like the beating of drums are appropriately thunderous 和 bold.

Using finite element analysis 和 after numerous experiments, the development team created a unique notch filter for the FH7S. The notch filter precisely guides sound waves to eliminate unwanted resonances between the shell, sound tube, 和 ear canal to suppress undesirable sibilance -  resulting in a detailed, transparent yet unfatiguing sound.
